šŸ”® The future is Generative AI.

In an age where AI technologies like ChatGPT and GPT-4 are changing the game, and data is growing exponentially, we're presented with both an opportunity and a challenge. On one hand, anyone with access to GPUs and TPUs can now tap into the incredible power of AI. On the other, this ubiquity of technology is making it increasingly difficult for enterprises to secure their data assets.
I'm thrilled to announce the publication of a new paper, co-authored with Ramesh Chitor and Ramasubramanian Ramani: "The Prominence of Generative AI in CyberSecurity" with ODBMS.org.

Collaboration and Acknowledgments:
I had the honor of collaborating with seasoned professionals in this endeavor, and their unparalleled expertise significantly elevated the caliber of our research:
Michael Lisanti, Director of Partnerships at Carnegie Mellon University, CyLab
Wolfgang Pauli, Principal AI Research Engineer at Microsoft Corporation
Sanjay Mishra, Head of Product, Azure SQL and SQL Server at Microsoft Corporation

šŸ‘€Ā Sneak peek into the paper?
ThisĀ paper introduces a groundbreaking approach that fuses generative AI with human expertise for proactive cybersecurity defense, in what we term "Active Learning CyberOps."
In this paper, we address the urgent and increasingly complex issue of Cybersecurity in today's landscape, where AI technologies have become more accessible and data is expanding exponentially due to the multitude of devices and data modalities. We delve into advanced security use cases within enterprises, discussing techniques for:
Threat Detection, Threat Simulation,Ā and Response Activation.
